Try creating a tasty sauce from our spice mix or using it to spice soups, risottos, pies and oven dishes or mix it with butter for a tasty topping for bread. Wild, Nordic mushrooms from our northern forests are nutrient rich, juicy and full of flavor.
USE AS SAUCE: To create a sauce, just add 2 dl of thick cream or similar to one bag of Wild Mushroom Spice and use oat flour or similar for thicken and let simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
USE AS PESTO: Use the pesto like you would any traditional pesto; spread it on top of bread, mix with your favourite pasta, enjoy as an exciting salad dressing or a delicious condiment to any meal. To make one serving (about 20g): Shake the bag and use a spoon to mix the contents. Combine 1tbsp Mushroom Spice mixture with 0.5-1tbsp water and 2tbsp vegetable oil and mix well. Let the mixture sit for about 5min. Enjoy.
